SUMMARY:WLC: When Wellness Meets Work: Navigating Menopause\, Mental Health\, and Modern Career Demands
DESCRIPTION:Join us for an empowering session dedicated to women's health and wellness at every phase of life medical\, mental health\, and everything in between.\n\n\n\nPresented by Vibe | Women's Health Collective\, their approach is both evidence-based and deeply relatable\, blending clinical insight with real-world workplace scenarios. Attendees walk away with actionable strategies they can apply immediately whether they're navigating menopause themselves\, supporting colleagues\, or shaping workplace culture.\n\n\n\nKey Takeaways:\n\n\n	How menopause symptoms show up at work\n	The connection between hormonal changes and mental health\n	The role menopause plays in burnout\, stress\, and performance\n	Why women's midlife health is a workplace well-being issue\n	What leaders and employees can do to create a more supportive\, stigma-free environment\n\n\n\n\nJodi Gibbs\, PA-C\, MPAS\, BSW and Amy Durtschi\, LPCC-S\, PhD\n\n\n\nJodi and Amy met 15 years ago when Amy was diagnosed with breast cancer.\n\nDuring the difficult early days of Amy's breast cancer diagnosis\, it was a serendipitous appointment that changed the course of both of their lives.\n\nAfter months of trying to understand\, cope and navigate the new reality of fighting cancer\, Amy felt Jodi was the first provider who actually listened. \n\n\n\nThose early appointments left Amy feeling heard\, seen\, comforted\, and hopeful\, and it was clear to her that one should not have to be lucky to receive such attention and care.\n\n\n\nTreatment turned into friendship and friendship evolved into a partnership to create something unique in women's health care. Together\, they have dedicated their purpose to providing what they believe is missing from the current healthcare landscape. A place where ALL women feel supported and important. A place that considers the whole person\, not a diagnosis or a body undergoing natural changes. \n\n\n\nJoin us on the fourth Friday of the month\, for an opportunity to hear from inspiring guest speakers and create some amazing connections!\n\n\n\n\n\n \n\nThe Women's Leadership Coalition was launched with the goal to educate\, inspire\, mentor\, and support women in leadership positions in the workplace and in the community. The program also fulfills key parts of Pickerington Area Chamber's vision and mission to provide opportunities for connection and to help our members and community thrive both today and tomorrow.
