A recipient of the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber's 2019 Tammy Nusser Customer Service Award\, Kate also serves as the Board President of the Decorative Arts Center of Ohio and is involved in Lancaster Rotary\, Young Professionals of Fairfield County\, and the Fairfield County Foundation's Women's Giving Circle\, among other organizations.\n\n\n\n\n\nDelainey McIlwain\n\nCommunity Relations Coordinator\n\nPark National Bank\n\n\n\n\nDelainey serves the Southeast region of Ohio as a Community Relations Coordinator for Park National Bank. Delainey began her career with Park National Bank in 2014 as a Teller while completing her Bachelors of Science in Communication's degree at Ohio University. She has held various positions over the years before assuming her current role as Community Relations Coordinator. A recipient of the Lancaster Fairfield County Chamber's 2023 Young Professional of the Year award\, Delainey also serves on numerous local non-profit boards including\, Treasurer of Destination Downtown Lancaster\, President of Friends of the Lancaster Parks and Rec\, President of Visit Fairfield County and is also involved in Young Professionals of Fairfield County\, OUL's Women's Leadership Summit\, and the Fairfield County Foundation's Women's Giving Circle.\n\n\n\nJoin us on Friday\, August 4\, for an opportunity to hear from our guest speakers and create some amazing connections!\n\n\n\n\n \n\nThe Women's Leadership Coalition was launched with the goal to educate\, inspire\, mentor\, and support women in leadership positions in the workplace and in the community.
