A wonderful lunch of lasagna will be prepared by Michael Hermick and the Chefs at The Lodge in Hide-A-Way Hills. Michael is the owner of Zipco Foods\, LLC which produces a line of pasta sauces under the same name. Students in the food service program from Eastland-Fairfield Career & Technical Schools along with Chamber members will serve the lunch promptly at 11:30am. Attendees will be entertained by a group of music students from Fairfield Union High School. Reservations are $17.00\, to offset the cost of lunch. The State of the County Address will begin at Noon.
