DESCRIPTION:On September 13\, 2020\, a PHSC 2016 alumni\, Nikki Justice\, passed away from Acute Myeloid Leukemia a few months after graduating from The Ohio State University with a BS in Astronomy and Astrophysics.\n\nThe American Red Cross will be holding a blood drive to honor Nikki. Prior to her diagnosis\, Nikki had been a blood donor and knew how important it was to help others. During her time as a patient\, Nikki received nearly 100 blood products and was always trying to think of ways to give back to the people that helped care for her. Keeping this spirit in mind\, this blood drive has been named "Nikki's 100--A Blood Drive to Give Back".\n\nPLEASE HELP US HONOR NIKKI'S MEMORY AND REACH OUR DONATION GOAL OF 100 PINTS! NOV 6th\, Pickerington Church of Nazarene November 6th! Thank you friends.\n\n\n\nHere's how to sign up to donate for this event:\n\n1. Log into https://www.redcrossblood.org/give.html/drive-results...\n\n2. Type Nikki into the search bar Find A Drive (this link above should take you directly there)\n\n3. Click on See Times\n\n4. Select "Blood" next to the time you wish to donate on Nov 6th between 1-7PM\n\n**Call 866-236-3276 if you are taking medications or have other questions on being eligible to be a donor. It takes about 1 hour in total at a drive (from registration to snack time!)\n\n***Please complete Rapid Pass on the day of the drive (on American Red Cross site). This CANNOT be done prior to NoV 6th!
