DESCRIPTION:Held at Pickerington Main\; open to students in grades 2-3.\n\nBack by popular demand: book clubs for young readers!\n\nThe Junior STEM Book Club is an event for kids in grades 2 and 3 that brings together literature and STEM (Science\, Technology\, Engineering\, and Math) activities: first we talk\, then we create based on the book we've read!\n\nThe January 28 selection is Lunch Lady and the Cyborg Substitute by Jarrett Krosoczka\n\nThe March 25 selection is Franny K. Stein: Lunch Walks Among Us by Jim Benton\n\nRegistration is required: contact our Pickerington Main Youth Services Department at 614-837-4104\, ext. 231\, or register online. Books will be held at the Youth Services Desk.\n\nParents\, we also host a STEM Book Club for grades 4 and 5 in February and April: each book club includes book discussions and STEM activities\, but we tailor them to the grade level for students.
