SUMMARY:Create Your Own Anime (Pokemon Style) Trading Cards - Summer Session
DESCRIPTION:Does your kid love Naruto\, Pokemon\, Dragon Ball Z\, My Hero Academia\, Sailor Moon\, and the list goes on?\n\nDo they love collecting and trading their favorite "Pokemon" style cards with their friends??\n\nIf you answered yes\, then this class is their chance to make a complete set of their very own trading cards in their favorite characters or with their own original characters! \n\nStudents will draw on cards they can trade with their friends. These cards even double as a battle card game. Each child will get to make their own card set and get one set with a variety of cards from the class.\n\n \n\nAGES: 6 & UP\n\nThis is a 5-week course that meets once a week for one hour. \n\n\n Week 1: Intro to the class. We will create the rules for the card game. Layout what cards will be created.\n Week2-3: Work on the art and design of their cards.\n Week 4: Work out the mechanics of the cards. Points\, Attacks and etc. Get them ready for print.\n\n\n\n Week 5. Receive printed cards. Play and Trade in class. Take home all the original art and decks.\n\n\n***Returning students dive right making more cards from their previous decks\n\n \n\nREQUIREMENTS:\n\nImagination and Enthusiasm!!!\n\n\n\nTEACHER- Mike Watson-\n\n\n\nA Graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design with a Bachelors of Fine Arts with a focus in Illustration\, Mike currently publishes over 50 comics with Short Fuse Media and Freestyle Komics. Mike has been teaching students from Kindergarteners to High Schoolers for well over 10 years. His unique brand of enthusiasm and love of the arts keeps kids engaged and entertained. His favorite question to ask is? ?Do you know artist rule the world??
