DESCRIPTION:Celebrate Central Ohio Chamber of Commerce Week September 1st to the 4th! This virtual event showcases the importance of local Chambers of Commerce in business advocacy and economic development.  \n\n \n\n\n\n\n\nJoin this event on Wednesday\, September 2\, 2020 from Noon to 1:00 pm to hear Dr. Kevin Lutz\, COO\, OhioHealth on OhioHealth's current initiatives\, COVID challenges\, and on giving back to the community.  \n\n\n\nDr. Lutz serves as Chief Operating Officer\, OhioHealth Grove City Methodist Hospital\, OhioHealth Pickerington Medical Campus\, OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus and OhioHealth Free Standing Emergency Department Network \n\n\n\nDr. Lutz oversees the operations of multiple business units\, including OhioHealth Grove City Methodist Hospital. In addition\, he has accountability for OhioHealth Pickerington Medical Campus\, OhioHealth Westerville Medical Campus\, and the OhioHealth Free Standing Emergency Department Network. \n\n\n\nDr. Lutz has been with OhioHealth since 2001. Prior to his role as COO for Grove City Methodist Hospital\, Dr. Lutz served as COO for OhioHealth Grant Medical Center for 5 years. \n\n\n\nPrior to that role\, Dr. Lutz served as vice president of Surgery and Anesthesia at Grant. \n\n\n\nDr. Lutz started his medical career at Grant where he completed his podiatric surgical residency. He received his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and a bachelor's degree from Jacksonville University. \n\n\n \n\n\nIn an effort to bring awareness of local chamber of commerce organizations and their impact in our region\, 15 Central Ohio Chambers of Commerce will host a virtual Central Ohio Chamber of Commerce Week.\n\n\n\nEach day will focus on a different topic that all the chamber's value from advocacy to benefits to professional development and more. Guest speakers will include Lt. Governor Jon Husted\, C-Suite level area leader(s)\, Chamber benefit providers and more. Networking between local area chambers will also be available. \n\n\n\nEvent information will be posted onto Facebook\, and check your local chamber of commerce website for local event details and registration of special events.
