Women's Leadership Coalition - "Productive Workplace Behavior"

Join us on Friday, January 11, 2019, for the Women's Leadership Coalition meeting, featuring Sharon DeLay, Owner and President of GO-HR, who will present "Turn Destructive Conflict into Productive
Workplace Behavior. 

WHY do we do what we do? To an extent it’s who we are – in the best and worst of times. Understanding what drives us and what drains us during times of conflict will help us turn destructive behaviors into productive behaviors. We’ll take a look at our own styles, other conflict styles, and strategies to reframe our natural tendencies to change conflict outcomes.

Typically held on the first Friday of the month (some exceptions), this event provides a great opportunity to make new business connections, hear from a top-notch speaker sharing relevant business advice, and sharing information about YOUR business.  

These events are free to attend and open to any Chamber member or guest interested in attending.  RSVP's are suggested.
