Ryan Towns is a Senior Compliance Safety and Health Officer with the Ohio Public Employment Risk Reduction Program (PERRP). Ryan promotes safe workplaces and the prevention of injuries and illnesses by raising awareness of occupational safety and health hazards as well as performing industrial hygiene duties and compliance investigations. Joshua Hartbarger was promoted to Fire Chief in 2016 after having been with the Whitehouse fire department for 12 years. He is a nationally registered Paramedic, firefighter level 2, instructor, and inspector. Joshua served the National Science foundation as a fire lieutenant at McMurdo station Antarctica and the Amundsen Scott South Pole Station. In 2015, Joshua graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelors degree in Fire Administration.
