While the presidential election grabs all the headlines, the most important races in Ohio are the two Ohio Supreme Court seats on the ballot. Court decisions can have wide-ranging effects on businesses, and it is important to be aware of the stakes when court seats are on the ballot. The Ohio Supreme Court currently has a 5-2 fair-and-balanced philosophical majority, but that majority is at risk with incumbent Justices Judi French and Sharon Kennedy up for re-election.
