Join us on Thursday, November 17, 2016, as Kristy Good-Bath, 2016 ATHENA Recipient with Bella Cosmedica, and Rob Davies, Director of OhioHealth Pickerington Medical Campus, present, “Customer Service – How to Create the WOW Factor!” This program will be moderated by Alison Forche, Marketing Director with Kristal & Forche Orthodontics.
A happy customer is often a returning customer. So, how do you get there? Learn from Kristy and Rob as they share how to make a great first impression, how to train your employee’s to provide great customer service, how to overcome an unhappy customer, and more!
Because one item is not enough, we invite you to join us for the Pickerington Area Chamber Board Elections. We have seven members interested in serving on YOUR Board of Directors, and they will share their story with you briefly, followed up by the official vote!

Non-Member Rate - $20
Cancellation policy: To avoid incurring a charge, your reservation must be cancelled at least 48 hours prior to the event. If you are unable to attend, you may send an appropriate substitute from your organization with advance notice.
