Our guest speaker will be Tom Paplaczyk, of Insurance Spark, a Division of Strategic Business Services.  Tom is a local health care reform expert, having followed the evolution and implementation of the Affordable Care Act (ACA) from its beginning.  He speaks to Chambers, attorneys, and CPA associations and practices, churches and other civic organizations to inform and educate people , businesses about the requirements and provisions of the ACA.  He is a 30 year industry veteran and benefit consultant and partner of Strategic Business Services and Insurance Spark.
