Continuing Education Hours for Real Estate Professionals

RE/MAX ONE Canal Winchester is offering a 3-hour continuing education class!

This class in an in-depth section by section review of the Residential Real Estate Purchase Contract as adopted by the Columbus Realtors.  Specific interest will be paid to deeds, dower rights, marketable title, community charges, and assessments and contractual obligations of both buyers and sellers.  Designed for both the newly licensed agent and the experienced salesperson, the course reviews what you need to know about the purchase contract.
