"Big Give" (Columbus Foundation's Major Gift Event)

• The Big Give is a fundraising event hosted by the Columbus Foundation
• May 12^th, 2015, exciting 24 hour day of giving
• From 10a.m. on Tuesday, 5/12 – 10a.m Wednesday, 5/13
• Great opportunity to show community spirit and support more than 630 local nonprofits
• Columbus Foundation donors and community partners have agreed to AMPLIFY any donation that comes in within the 24 hour period – up to a $1.3 million bonus pool
• Credit card fees will be covered by Columbus Foundation so that 100% of donation goes toward nonprofit of choice
• The minimum credit card gift is $20
• The bonus pool percentage and results will be posted on May 14^th on columbusfoundation.org
• You can give in honor or memory of a loved one
•  You can choose multiple nonprofits to donate to
• There will be a contest during the 24 hours to win a $2500 grant to the nonprofit of your choice
  • You must print and fill out a “Big Give Circle” from the Columbus Foundation’s website
  • Take a picture
  • Caption it and make sure to include #BigGiveTCF
  • Post it on Instagram
